Noisy motorcycle is banned in Brgy. Langla

If you where in the situation in Brgy. Langla, many of the motorcycles that passes by are very very noisy so that your eardrum is being affected and maybe you will be shout "toot.. toot" (bad words) ;)

Hopefully, this material will become effective as soon as the drivers, knew this bad news campaign ads  for them, so that their motors will change from noisy to normal.
